All our phones have had full inspections to make sure that all functions work. A lot of the phones we sell are pre-owned so even though they are 100% fully functional they will have some cosmetic defects such as slight scratches and or blemishes but nothing un-presentable.To help our customers better choose a pre-owned phone we chose to grade our phones cosmetically based on an A, B, C scale. A obviously being the best, looking anywhere from brand new to very slightly used.On a scale from 1-10 an A stock phone would range from 8-10.B stock being the 2nd best is a phone that is still in good cosmetic condition but will have some small noticeable scratches and or blemishes.On a scale from 1-10 B stock would range from 6-7. Finally C stock being the 3rd best 1st worst (lol) is still not to shabby of a phone. If you are looking to get a great deal on a phone with a major discount due to its cosmetic condition this is the way to go. The phone will still be 100% functional and its cosmetic grade from a scale of 1-10 would place anywhere from 3-5.We only go so low, anything below a 3 is a phone that we generally use for parts or refurbish.
